As per your case history of rash on the upper back, my treatment advice is - 1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with SPF more than 30. 2. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like mometasone cream on the lesions twice daily. 3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days. 4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
