How Can An Infection On The Ring Finger Be Treated?

Hi there... I have an infected ring finger on my left hand. For the past 2 days, it has been leaking both our and blood. I am very afraid to go to the hospital for any kind of treatment, mostly because of what the medical staff will be doing to examine what kind of infection it is that I have, you know, sticking a needle into my finger to numb it and then, cutting it open to drain it and sewing it right back up again!! Just the mere thought of this is just scaring me to death!! About 3 days ago, it was throbbing with pain, but since it has been leaking pus and blood, well this has relieved the pressure in my finger and it does NOT hurt with pain anymore!! I have noticed that the top of my finger is green and discoloured and so, I am quite worried about this right now!! What is your opinion??!! Thanks!!

it appears to be fungal infection and apply candid ointment. since there was discharge of pus so itis inflamatory. clean it with sterile swab and apply providone iodine ointment.
