ok, im 75 and have an enlarged prostate that is mildly uncomfortable sitting in a soft chair. i have no other problems with it and wondered about meds that sucessfully shrink it. thank you on second thought i don t want to pay for this it is a come on

First, you need to confirm what is the size of enlargement is it benign or malignant and what is the severity of obstruction etcetera.
You need an ultrasound of prostate, per rectal examination for prostate and serum prostate-specific antigen level etcetera. Please consult your urologist so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.
