How Can An Enlarged Prostate Be Treated?

I have a very large prostate 72 years old . Had last 3 psa of 9.6 10.6 18 months recent psa of 14 took antibiotics and Tylenol for 6 weeks psa went down to 11.5 Last biopsy 3 years ago showed no cancer Father had same issues died at 86 no prostate cancer detected Should I wait 3 months and take another psa?
