Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It could be a case of external otitis which means infection/inflammation of external ear. Antibiotics has to be started. It is better to start basic antibiotics like amoxicillin first. Topical antibiotic drops also needed. Avoid head bath till infection settles. Consult an ENT specialist for expert opinion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
