How Can An Abdominal Hernia Be Treated?
Hi,my name is jessica I m 36 yrs old ...Ive had a hernia for about a year .....I exercise regularly and it gets worse every time I hit the gym .I feel bloated afterwards. I feel bloated even if I take a drink of water...I eat good .I prep my food every week .I drink nothing but water.I don t drink pop or fruity drinks.I don t drink alcohol or eat fatty foods as much, mostly clean eating .I don t know what I m doing wrong ....I feel horrible at all times ..I can t breath at times ....any suggestions.
