How Can Amenorrhea Be Treated While Suffering From PCOS?

Hi i have PCOS and I also have been without my period for almost 2 years already, my Doctors did an ultra sound and an MRI and everything came out good. They don t know whats wrong with me if those two test came out positive. What other option do i have in order for me to know what i have?

Hi, I think in pcos patients, the problem is with ovulation and thus periods are irregular. If you have not got your periods for 2 years, there can be some hormonal imbalances. Do a thyroid profile and prolactin levels. You may need some medicines
