How Can Allergic Rashes On The Body Be Treated?

I was perscribed Alendronate 70 mg tables back in 08/16...took a total of 5...broke out in hives on colar bone in chest...perscribed prednisone 20 mg tabs in 10/16 took 9 tabs given...its now 03/17 and hives have worsen...hoping to see dr. tomorrow if not on Tues of next week...I take benedryl helps for a few hours...cortizone cream...at its worst at nite...never had this issue til I took the alendronate

continue current medications at present
preferable to take bath in tub filled with epsom salt & lavender oil for 10-10
minutes morning & evening
avoid any bath soap ( if at all wants desperately use neem soap if available)
avoid hot water bath
wear clean cotton loose fitting clothes / avoid silk, terri cotton
avoid swimming / exposure to pollen containing atmosphere
maintain hydration
balanced nutritious diet to combat any invading organisms including all
essential vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidatns, trace elements
avoid oily / spicy / beverages / non vegetarian stuffs
avoid stress / anxiety
