How Can Adult ADHD Be Treated?

Hi, on several occasions I ve been told to get test for ADHD. I never wanted to nor felt the need too. My boyfriend keeps asking me too especially since we ve started living together he keeps pointing out more and more symptoms. I ve taken an ADHD online test and got super high, 90%. It was then I decided to seek help so my days will improve greatly. Well I m hoping.

There are two groups of treatment. Chemical and psychological. the chemical is basically, amphetamine. The psychological is utilizing the brain functions that work to compensate for the distraction. Basically becoming somewhat obsessive compulsive with lists and habits to overcome the attention deficit.
