Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
Back pain after fall must be investigated first to confirm diagnosis which can be muscle spasm or minor fracture or even disc prolapse with Xray of involved spine region anteroposterior and lateral views. MRI of involved spine region is also required as Xray gives information on bones only but mri gives detail information about disc and nerves. So visit radiology center nearby you and get it done. If both reports are normal it's muscle spasm. Take rest for 3 days at least. Start tab diclofenac plus thiocolchicoside combination twice a day with tab ultracet one at bedtime for 7 days. You wl be fine in week. If reports are abnormal you need to take visit to expert spine surgeon.
