How Can Acne On The Scalp Be Treated?

on my bald head i have what appears to be acne but I ve tried over the last year clindamicin, metro gel, mupirocin, retina A, glycol acid. I heard on Dr radio about a condition that is not an infection as acne but over production of oil/sebum. what is that called? what do I do about it?

other precautions to be taken -
