How Can Acne On The Body And Face Be Treated?

Good morning doctor. I m 37yrs old male. I ve reddish pimples on back of the lower head above neck. I m taking medicine minoz 50 and vozelin for last many months. But these pimples are not completely gone. Doctor diagnosed as folliculities.. So please suggest me some medicine. Now I get few pimples on my face too.. . Pimples on back of the head comes n sometimes it disappear but not completely

Hello,

It may be a folliculitis or seborrheic dermatitis with skin lesions.

Are you having dandruff? Are you suffering from any skin lesions?

Use Doxycycline or continue Minocycline along with that Tretinoin cream may useful. Clindamycin cream also useful.

Avoid skin allergens, use moisturizer cream and antihistamines.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
