How Can Acne On The Back Be Removed?

I have zits on my back I believe it to be acne possibly caused from my dreadlocks hair style I went to a dermatologist who is suggesting its sebaceous cyst. From my research sebaceous cyst are puffy and pussie my back is not like that its more like heats Can you advise?

I understand your concern.
What pimple you are complaining of on your back is nothing but a sebaceous cyst. It can have a varied presentation and most of the times it is mistaken to be pimple.
In any case, it needs to be excised by undertaking a minor surgical procedure under aseptic conditions performed by giving local anaesthesia. Following the procedure, you need to take a course of oral antibiotics along with analgesic medications.
The wound would heal by a weeks time.
