Your sore throat is due to constant acid reflux problem. If antacid doesn't help in relieving acid reflux problem then you can undergo fundoplication like operation for that.
Until then you can practice following:
- Avoid intake of excess spicy foods
- Head elevated while sleeping
- Go to sleep two hour after taking meal
- Avoid smoking if having habit of it
- Reduce weight if obese
I suggest you consult surgeon for examination.
Hope I have answered your query.
