How Can Abdominal Cramps And Bloating Be Treated?

My husband had a severe bout of diarrhea and vomiting the night before last. We are thinking this might have been food poisoning. He has eaten very lightly today, but trying to drink fluids. This afternoon, he is experiencing stomach cramps, bloating, gurgling stomach, and gas. We are traveling and not sure how to relieve his discomfort.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there I have read through your question and would like to tell you that according to me your husband has developed Gastroenteritis. He has to take a course of Norflox Tz to treat the stomach infection. Also he may require to take antiemetic s to control his vomiting s. It is very important to keep him hydrated as he is losing a lot of fluids. He should be given electrol powder mixed in water at regular intervals. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
