How Can Abdominal Bloating And Discomfort Be Treated?
having bowel problems no formed stools in a long tome rumbling gasse action I have primary progressive ms for now 15 y confined to my chair for the past 5 y cant transfer with out help had as barium radoligical exam with no evident problems now what do I do

The abdomen bloating can be due to various reasons as
- intestine motility related issue
- digestive enzyme upset
- liver or bile drainage system issues
- diaphragm or other reflux related problems as GERD or else.
Above the barium radiology, you require to undertake upper GI endoscopy, ultrasound and CT scan of the abdomen & pelvis if not done till now.
