Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Some advices that I can give to about uterine prolapse are:
-losing weight
-avoiding heavy lifting.
-doing Kegel exercises
-wearing a pessary, which is a device inserted into the vagina that fits under the cervix and helps push up and stabilize the uterus and cervix.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
