How Can A Swollen Bruise On The Hip Be Treated?
Fell about 15 feet onto rockbed. Landed on my hip and now have a purple bruise the size of a volleyball and swellng to go with it. I can still walk and the joints, and as far as I can tell, my organs (kidneys) are fine. There is no pain unless I try to move after not moving for a while.
