How Can A Rough Patch Of Penis Skin With Scabbing Be Treated?
Greetings Dr. Im a 31yr old male, i have noticed that for the last 2 years that i have a dark, slightly raised, small rough patch of skin on the underside of my penis. It does not hurt, however touching it produce no sensation, it would to me resemble like a scab, but it is skin. Can you help me? I believe i had nicked my skin at that spot when i was shaving that area which i assume produced the skin. Please help. Thank you

As you said, if it was an injury caused during shaving - post scar keloid formation can give you this picture. If there is pain or itching you can apply steroid. Share a picture for confirmation.
