Hi,doctor...I have a serious problem of masturbation..I wan t to quit it but it is impossible for me to control.....It is also prohibited in my religion..How to gt rid of it? Kindly suggest ant exercises or courses..No medications please.. THanks....regards h

Hi,

Masturbation is a normal phenomenon when done within a limit. If exceeded, we need to probe for obsessions leading to compulsive behaviors.

SSRIs and TCAs can be given.
