General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read your message and understood your problem.

It seems you have heat rashes which are common in women who use tight clothes and nylon underwear.
You have been using an antifungal medication which has temporarily calmed the affected area but heat rushes need some actions to prevent the risk factors that cause them.

Wear soft pyjamas only without any tightening underwears. Try aloe vera gel or calamine lotion in the affected area. Use baby powder after shower and you can take special products for heat rushes for women in pharmacy like Aveeno and Johnson's or other if these are not found in your country.

Hope this was helpful for you.
