How Can A Pus-filled Painful Lump On The Back Be Treated?

The symptoms seem to be related to a foruncle which is an infection of the hair follicle. I suggest cleaning the area with hydrogen peroxide. I also recommend to cover it with an antibiotic cream such as Neosporin cream.
