Hello dear Understand your concern You can use gynecologist prescribed abortion kit after confirming the intrauterine pregnancy of less than 9 week by USG scan. It should be used under medical supervision. Home use should be avoided as it cause excessive bleeding, cramps, risk of failure and chance of infections, all these required special care. 600 mg mifepristone should be followed by misoprostol 400 ug vaginally by gynecologist (should be put high in vagina by gynecologist). If required another 400 ug after 4 hour that should be decided by the gynecologist.
