How Can A Panic Attack Be Managed?

Having difficulty breathing, I think it s just a panic episode, I took a Bayer daily dosage earlier , I broke down crying earlier for about a minute, I need to get to sleep but the breathing is stop and go I m good for a minute or several minutes till I try to lie flat on my bed and go asleep, then the difficulty breathing starts up again, I checked my my pulse it s about 74 bpm, I m 5 9 240 lbs , any suggestions
