How Can A Panic Attack And Severe Anxiety Be Managed?
I have GAD. Having a full blown panic attack this afternoon. During my attack I noticed my stomach was pulsing on the left side above my belly button. I'm still on high alert and unable to fully calm my anxiety. I'm paranoid I have an aortic aneurysm. I'm 32 mostly healthy but do have endometriosis.

Well, if this was aortic aneurysms then the condition would have become serious now. Pain would have developed around umblicus. It’s common in anxiety to have weird pulsation sensation in abdomen.
If the panic symptoms are persisting then you should visit a psychiatrist as soon as you can. Drugs like Clonazepam or Alprazolam can be used on sos basis to control the panic symptoms.
