How Can A Painful Rash In The Groin Area Be Treated?

Hello as of right now I have some sensitivity on my skin between my vaginal and anal area and its starting to hurt a little when I wipe, now its not hurting when I used the restroom only when wiping I was thinking it could be a pimple there since its a little hard on my skin

It sounds like a rash due to allergy but you should get it examined just in case. Apply some moisturizing creams on it.
