How Can A Painful Bruise Above The Waist Caused By Injury Be Treated?
I ran into the kitchen counter top,I have a bruse that is long gated and theres a longgated bump ..just above my wast ans on my right side just above the hip bone,,,there is pain going down my right butdox into my leg,,its getting worst as the day go on

Even mild injuries can cause bruising.Painkillers and hot compress and reduce pain and help blood circulation.
Kindly rule out any severe swelling or difficulty in movements or bleeding from bruises.These symptoms if present needs to be checked by a physician to rule out any fractures or bleeding disorders.
