Hi I am 56 years old and about 2 months ago I fell off a painters ladder right on m left side tentacle I almost passed out , It swelled up , well every thing kind of swelled up but my l/s testicle stayed about 3 times bigger. I have no problems urinating .But it seems like when im getting ready for sex my l/s teste wants to come up and gets in the way of my erection. If I pull my balls down I can continue to keep my erection. But not the same one I have always had. It just doesn t feel right I went and had an ultra sound Friday and today the doctor called my wife and told her that I had Hydro cell and said that we needed to drain it What is your opinion

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of post traumatic hydrocele is more.
You are symptomatic with this swelling.
Symptomatic hydrocele needs surgical repair. Surgical repair is the only available treatment.
So get done surgery for hydrocele. No need to worry for this as this surgery is very important simple and outcomes are excellent.
