How Can A Hard Scrotum Lump Be Treated?

Hi My son who is 26 just found a large lump 1 inch by 1and a half inch on the outside of his scrotum. It is hard and round. He also found a smaller one on the right side and squeezed and blood gushed out, but the other one he can grab and twist it but is very hard. He has been urinating very frequently also.

Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
First One-seems MOstly a pedunculated Papilloma -caused by HPV
and Second one-seems(on right side-smaller one)to be a Folliculitis/or Boil, from where the blood gushed out on squeezing.
frequent urination could be explained by - infective small lump being placed near the perineal bulbar urethra/ or could be the peri-uethritis? caused from Boil ,causing high urinary frequency in your case.
Investigation-
Second Check and opinion from Surgeon / Urologist, would plan Contrast Urethrography and Excision biopsy of the pedunculated HPV Papilloma wart
Treatment-
a-Podoflex lotion at the excised area, would prevent the recurrence chances
with pedunculated wart.
Co2 Cryo or Yag laser ablation of the Pedunculated wart are the optional choices for you to treat it.
b-And-Antibiotics +Dicloran Ax 5-14 days time would cover the acuter periurethritis and would resolve the folliculitis from the Boil with peri-urethritis from hair folliculitis with boil.

Hope this reply would help you to plan further treatment with your family and specialist doctors there.

Welcome for any further query in this regard.
