mam i miss my period since 2month,i have bulit a sexual relation with my husband with using precurtion but when i test my pregency it shows positive,mam now i am studying,so i dont want to be a mother now plz mam guide me,i want to use some abrotion pills,which pill i have to use or shall i go for medical to abort this child?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You have to use abortion pill as per the advice of a gynecologist. USG should be done to check intrauterine pregnancy of less than 9 week. Do not try at home as self medication may cause serious complication and risk for failure.

Mifepristone 600 mg should be taken orally on first day. After 48 hour, misoprostol 800 ug should be inserted in vagina by a gynecologist. Extra dose requirement is decide by the gynecologist.

Bleeding and cramps start within 30 to 45 minutes and last for 4 to 5 days. Follow-up after 7 days if bleeding continues. Confirmation of complete abortion is checked by USG scan after 14 days.

Rest for 48 hour, healthy diet with iron and multivitamin supplements, proper pelvic hygiene is recommended after abortion.
