How Can A Congested Nasal Passage With Dysphagia Be Treated?

Hi, I have been suffering for a while now with a congested right nasal passage and recently I have started to develop what I can only describe as what feels like something is stuck in the right side of my throat. Could these problems be related? What course of action would you recommend?

Hello,
thanks for using health care magic

It seems to me you have an upper respiratory tract infection. the upper respiratory tract includes the nostrils and throat. Upper respiratory tract infections are largely due to viral infections but most often than not, the viral infections become superimposed with bacterial infection.

Viral upper respiratory tract infections just need as treatment to stay warmth, drink much water, and a little pain killers where as when superimposed by bacterial infections, antibiotics have to be prescribed.

I will recommend you see your doctor for detail examination and prescription of an antibiotics.

Best regards
Dr Achuo
