How Can A Abrasion On The Left Arm Be Treated?

77 yr old, male, Caucasian fell recently on clay tennis court w/ rubico fine gray sand covering. Left arm was abrashed taking approximately a month to completely heal. Now there is a faint gray line under the skin assumed to be residue of rubico sand. Will this foreign matter likely cause problems in the future?

yes it cause problem in the future. there can be formation of granuloma due to this foreign body. and also, secondary infection can occur. and cellullitis due to that
