How Can A USG Showing Thickened And Homogeneous Endometrium With Free Fluid Noted Within The Posterior Cul-de-sac Be Interpreted?

I did a US SCAN AND THIS WAS THE REPORT PLEASE INTERPRETE IT FOR ME: The Uterus is averted, normal size, and echopattern60×40×41mm.Thickened and homogenous endometruim. Both Ovaries appreciated,with numerous same sized follicles that are poorly arranged around the thickened central Stroma.Overall Ovarian size and outline is however normal.Insignificant echopoor free fluid noted within the posterior cul de sac, filled urinary bladder with enchopoor urine and a normal wall thickness.No assocciated pelvic lessions.

welcome to hcm ..i think everything is normal as all uterus ..ovaries and tubes are normal ..culdesac fluid is also insignificant means clinically negligible ..if you have any doubt please come back to hcm .i would help you
