Madam I understand your concern for your health condition. Madam yes Thyroxine will get excreted in breast milk but the amount which gets excreted is too small in quantity that it is very unlikely to cause any harm to your baby. Now second thing, i feel if your TSH levels are within normal range with 25mcg Thyroxine then you should not stop it or reduce it. I would suggest you to check your Thyroid hormone levels atleast 3 monthly for now as during breastfeeding also it will fluctuate. Also i would suggest you to consult your doctor regularly to adjust your Thyroxine dosage. I hope my answer will help you to clear your doubts.
