Hi Ujjwal, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
If Lymphatic Filariasis has been confirmed in you and it is asymptomatic, you can be treated on outpatient basis else you will need Hospital admission for treatment like Oral Diethylcarbamazine. (DEC) and also steroid preparations for reducing and softening the limb swelling if you have. Elevate your Limbs while lying down and use compression bandages and get adequate rest. If you have any abrasions on your skin use any of the anti septic creams to prevent them from getting infected. Keep your nails clean and trim them regularly and wear comfortable footwear. Exercise your Affected Limb to aid good blood and lymphatic flow.
Take your Medications regularly and go for regular follow up.
Wish you Good Health, Take Care.
