hello
catching cold is acquiring a viral infection from the surrounding. its easy to catch cold if someone sneezes in front of you. there is not much you can do.
staying healthy in terms of nutrition can help your body resist infection. wash your hands before bringing them to face when someone around has cold as the objects touched by them might still have the virus.
it is said not proved that vitamin c in citurs fruits can help prevent cold.
