How Can I Have Blood Spots In Night Without The Feeling Of Any Discharge?
Goodday Doctor, I m male 40, i found blood sports in my night dress in sleep which i even dont feel of blood discharge and later on i consult the internist and he go through with the test blood, urine, stool and ultra sound and said noting trace of blood found and its all normal there are some infections but noting there to worry after that i found again the blood spots discharge in sleep which i even dont feel that. Please advise

As all reports are normal nothing to worry.
There might be having some scratch on the body and while friction might give some blood spots.
There might be some bleeding from scrotal area due to some hair fall leading to blood spots as scrotal muscles some time remain lax and give rise to some bleeding.
