Apart from face, acne can involve the shoulder, chest and back; all these areas are rich in sebaceous glands. If I was the treating doctor I would have asked you to us topical benzoyl peroxide gel and benzoyl peroxide body wash for acne on torso. Apart from topical Oral treatment options are Oral antibiotics and Oral retinoids. Oral antibacterials e.g Azithromycin Or Doxycycline, together with topical treatment are usually effective in acne. Oral retinoids e.g Isotretinoin is also an option for you. Retinoids are indicated for moderately severe to severe inflammatory acne Or acne that is resistant/relapses quickly after traditional antiacne medicines. I would suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your region. When you visit your dermatologist, your doctor will be able to assess the severity of your acne and guide you accordingly.
