How Can I Alleviate Shoulder Tendonitis And Frozen Shoulder Symptoms Despite Physiotherapy?

Hello there, I m reaching out to you because I ve been suffering from shoulder tendonitis for last 4 months aka frozen shoulder. I got no idea how I got it (maybe from the way I use to sleep). I ve tried physiotherapy for last 2 months and yet my pain remains the same and I m unable to raise my right arm more the 45°. Thus I m reaching out to you to try a different approach maybe. Looking forward to hearing from you,

Hello,

Your symptoms could be suggestive of bursitis. I recommend consulting with an orthopedic surgeon for a possible steroid injection in your shoulder joint. I think that it will definitely help improve your situation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
