Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Hysterosalpingography (HSG) is an investigation of examination of a woman's uterus and fallopian tubes that uses a special form of x-ray called fluoroscopy and a radiographic contrast material. This shows whether the fallopian tubes are open or blocked.
Normally, the contrast flows freely from the uterus, through the fallopian tubes, and spills into the belly. It states the fallopian tubes are patent.
In your case, the report does not show any form of spillage and hence it is reported as blocked.
With this, it is not possible for the sperms from your partner to enter the tubes and fertilize the ovum and the fertilized ovum to travel and get implanted in the uterine cavity.
You may give a try to restore the patency of fallopian tube by surgical process.
In case it doesn't work well, you may have to go for assisted reproductive technique like invitro fertilization (IVF).
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
