High Tsh (fluctuating ), Low Vit D(7) Level With Body Fatigue, Lethargy, Pain ( Since Many Years). On Oral Vit D Ferrous Sulphate. What Is The Cause?

Hi I am 38 years old female having complaints of body fatigue , body pains ,lethargy,it's appetite, recently my labs done I am having low sr iron very low Vit d level (7) and a little high tsh levels I am started with oral Vit D ferrous sulphate, and asked to repeat thyroid profile again after 1week n Vit d and tests for anaemic 20days latter wat u suggest diagnosis is (my tsh goes fluctuating ,I have A-ve blood gp and given Anti D 5times for pregnancies ) these symptoms are very chronic from last many years .

You do have symptoms from which I could be suspicious for hyperparathyroidism this need to be rule out and for that serum albumin test parathyroid hormone test hast to be carried out, have nice day.
