High Calcium, Potassium, Vitamin D, Low Iron. Pain In Chest, Legs, Tired. Para Thyroid Tumor Possible?

Hi, my 15 years old son has border high calcium, border high potassium and vitamin D - 25. We went to family doctor because my son was complaining of pains in the chest, legs...tingleling over some body parts, not filling well...and being tired. His iron was on low border limit and binding of iron was high. I am suspecting that he might have a para thyroid tumor...They say everything is normal...but I have a fear it's not because I know my son and I see that his health is not like used to be, any suggestion ? Please help...
