High body temperature, burning in hands, feet, weakness, high salt intake. Cure?

hi doctor .. i am 34 year old . i am unmarried. my problem is that my body temperature is very high. my hand and feet burn very much i never feel fresh i feel weakness so much, my face skin is not fresh .. my salt intake is more then normal. i try to drink 7 to 8 glass of water everyday. would you like to suggest me what should i do ?

Your symptoms looks like due to hormonal imbalance. However, at this age try to avoid hormone treatment since it may cause long term side effects. Instead of that try some good home remedies that are safe and natural. Take proper nutritional diet rich in Calcium and Vitamin D. In addition you can take Calcium and Vit D supplements. Some useful home remedies will be:
Beet root juice: 60 ml - 90 ml, thrice a day.
Liquorice: One tablespoon powder daily.

If you can get Ayurvedic medicines in your country, then take: Kamdudha Ras (2 tablets thrice a day) + Sutshekhar ras (2 tablets thrice a day) - continue for 2 months. You will get relief.
