Hi there, is it dangerous to take cyclacur pills? I read an article that it raises the chances of breast cancer.I am 42 years old and my doctor recommended that I take them since I have problems not having period every month. I would like to get pregnant and it seems that I am close to have menopause, so that's why I need to take them. Please tell me your medical advice, thanks a million! A.X.

I have polykystique over. I have been using Diane35 (birth control pill) to regulate my periods since my puberty. I am 30 years old now. Next year we are planning to have a baby. I talked to my doctor and she told me to stop taking Diane35 and start with Cyclacur. I stopped Diane35 four month ago, but I didn t start Cyclacur. I read about Cyclacure s possible terrible side effects and I was scared. I didn t have my period for the past 4 months and I know I won t have a baby if I don t get my period back. So I am considering starting Cyclacur, but I am still annoyed with its possible side effects. Is it a safe drug? Are there any alternatives to it with no or less side effects? If so, are those alternatives effective as Cyclacur? Thank you for your response in advance.

HI there, I had a miscarriage in December (my 1st pregnancy) and following various test was diagnosed with positive heterozygous MTHFR gene mutation c677T. When I found out I was pregnant (at 3 weeks) my doctor put me on innohep which I am now doing. He has now recommend I start taking Cyclacur (Estrogen) and Ultragestan (Progesterone) as a preventative measure. I am very anti-drug and am scared of taking these additional drugs which I have read are linke to cancer. What should I do?
