Hi there. I have had a suspicion I may have had pin worms off and for a year or two but I have taken multiple pin work tests. Both stool sample and using something sticky close to perineum. They always come back negative for pin worm. I noticed the white specs which I assumed were the pin worm were small and since I had no discomfort i let it go. Lately I have seen some bigger white substances in my stool which I though might be a continuation of this parasite issue and had me concerned. I have finally had a bowl movement after not having one for four days....inside the stool was a lot of the white stuff which looks like mucus or worms. Also during the last four days I had a burning itch around my sphincter that was very uncomfortable. I was otherwise did not feel constipated and did not feel any other discomfort from not having gone to the bathroom for so long. If it is not a parasite then could it be something else? I have no pain other wise.
