Hi so I have never used this before but I have a question about injury to the big toe or foot? Well last night I was playing in a soccer game and I afterwards I was just messing around with the ball and kicked it without shoes on/barefooted and I heard a tiny pop and then felt instant pain where I couldn't walk on it and it hurt to shift or move, I thought it would be fine maybe it was because I toed the ball but after spending the rest of the night hobeling around It wasn't getting better and this morning I can barely walk in it its swollen but not de colored and I'm in constant almost unbearable pain. I can't tell if my big toe is just a little crooked or its my paranoia but I don't know where to go from here! If you can give me advice on what to do that would be great! Thanks so much!
