Hi sir,I am having omiting tendency for the last two days ,first time it was on yesterday morning but it didn't come out but in d night after dinner it happens and today morning just after having my breakfast in the morning,but till now no issues after my lunch but no other issues except some caugh continued from last week and I continued my night shift for the last 7 years and now I am on 30s.
