Hi my name is John Damrell I am 19 turning 20 March 30th 2016 my heart rate goes up and it triggers what seems to be a anxiety attack my heart beat will rise up to 132 bpm while I'm laying down relaxed then I'll hold my breath and control my breathing it drops down to 76 BPM and when my heart rate reaches 80 I can feel the change in my body my vision is blurry it's hard to focus and the higher my heart rate goes from 80-132bpm the worse the feelings are and I can't control myself and I start freaking out it started this year in January I will say this much I had smoked weed through out 8 hours and I dranked 3 beers and I started having the panic attack while in that situation I don't know if it could have triggered anxiety attacks with the side effects of how I felt during my experience and could it have gave me a slightly enlarged heart cause I was born with a enlarged heart but the doctors gave me meds and it fixed it when I was little, I need to know what do I do from here
