Hello, I can understand your concern for the vitiligo in your skin condition. Vitiligo is a skin condition in which the colour producing cells are damaged and are not able to produce colour to the skin. The resulting condition gives complete white skin problem. In my patients I prefer to give following treatment option: -topical steroids with low to medium potency. -Oral steroids to control the activity of disease and therefore to reduce it. -Psoralen theapy – PUVA therapy both oral and topical -Immunomodulator drugs to reduce the steroid and taper off the steroids.
