Hi my name is Ivan Arellano and i want to know if i have a serious disease? My penis has a little discoloration, wart looking bumps on testicles and penis. I have urination leakage hard time urinating and my testicles sometimes get swollen one hangs low at times well the others snug. Also my body has red spots all over rash on both sides of inner thighs and sometimes my body itches and get whats like a allergic reaction.
